plan for horror movie

whilst in lesson i got my group together and we all sat down and talked through the story line all pitching ideas on what wee thought would be good and what we woulds like to see in it. We went for a school type horror film where Danny would play the role of a teenager who is investigating a strange sighting of and mysterious figure lurking the corridors of the school. Here is what we planned out.

-Opening – Danny’s first line – intro – production name comes in

-Opening fades in, Danny’s says his second line then fades out with production name on screen.

-Fades in, second line is said by Danny which gives a story line base. Sounds come in etc. Names come on screen.

- Third line is read by Danny while camera is pointing at Danny’s face. Improvisation is key.

- Danny reads some information about the ghost/entity whilst this is happening camera or screen will slowly go down a fake newspaper article about someone who died, close up + sounds highlighting specific words such as “death”, “murder” etc.

- Prequel – either video or photographs of entity moving quickly to towards the camera, along the corridor. Blood trail is left behind, glowing blood maybe or lighted up blood whilst all other shot is in black and white.

- Quick shot of dead mangled body covered in blood, tied up etc. Hand dripping with blood. Scary sound effects etc.

- Title comes in - ENTITY, cues scary music

- Second scene - Danny improvisation or scripted talking to camera. Walks through corridor + death etc.

- whilst this is going on - different shots will take place such as low angles, foot tracker, security shots, entity view shots etc.
